INFORMATION ABOUT THE AMENITIES OF OUR VILLA

• Arrival time: from 4pm onwards. You can pick up the keys from the reception of our hotel Finca Es Torrent, which is located 17km from your villa. Our staff will accompany you to the villa, and provide you with all necessary information. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage with us and start enjoying your holiday.
• Check out: 10:00.
• Guest services: You can contact us 24 hours a day by calling +34 606 21 55 38
• Cleaning service: once per week.
• Towels: both bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.
• Services at Hotel Finca Es Torrent: you can sample delicious Mallorcan gastronomy and enjoy the massages and spa treatments offered at our hotel.
• Supermarkets: The town of Porreres is located 1.5km from the villa. There, you can find an assortment of cafés and supermarkets.
• Excursions: We would be delighted to recommend our favourite excursions and restaurants. We can also help out with bike hire.
• Important: Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
